The inauguration of the Como Solar cooling plant with evacuated solar panels which is the largest in Europe.  Solesa with the municipal Como – Enercalor and la Fabbrica del Sole (the Factory of Sun) have built this system using high-tech products. The municipal offices for the city and the Library will be refreshed by air conditioning produced by solar energy.
